| The Fish Cellars is the triangular building at the intersection of Fore Street, Church Hill and Roscarrock Hill. This building has always been used as interior and exterior (in the large courtyard) storage for the local fishing industry. This is also a place for locals and visitors to purchase fresh fish. The building also houses a small aquarium on the 1st floor facing the Platt. On the other side, at the foot of Roscarrock Hill is a public toilet. |

| Filming has taken place here several times. In Series 1, Episode 3, Louisa and Roger Fenn are shopping here when they hear Martin being interviewed on the radio. In Series 3, Episode 1, Louisa is coming out of the Bakery (actually, the doorway for the public toilet) and runs into Martin. In Series 4, Episode 3, Aunt Joan is leaving that same Bakery and sees Louisa coming down the hill (and drives her up to have Martin check on the health of the baby). In Series 5, Episode 1, that Bakery doorway is now back to its proper use as the public toilet when Joe Penhale calls Martin in to examine his testicles. In Series 5, Episode 8, Martin is purchasing a piece of fish and gets a little wake up call from the fishmonger. In Series 6, Episode 2, Aunt Ruth is shopping for lemons and Joe Penhale follows her around seeking advice. |
