As Martin heads to the Winton house, we see him drive up Church Hill (red circle) with Buddy chasing him (yellow
circle). Martin then arrives at a crossroads with a stone signpost.  This is located east of Bodmin, southeast of
Cardinham.  A little while later, Buddy arrives at the crossroads and stops to get his bearings.  Then we see Martin
driving down a road with evergreens on either side and Brown Willy on the horizon.  This was filmed in a favorite
filming area at the Davidstow airfield.  About half of the old airfield has wide open views, and the other half has a large
wooded area.

Overview of Winton house and old mine
.
Here is an overview of where the Winton house and the old mine sit.  This area is south of Minions, and includes many
engine houses and chimney stacks in varying stages of decomposition.  Aley Colquhoun has made a couple of trips
there and was able to map out the locations.  He also took all of the photos below.
