Library |

The library used in this episode is the Wadebridge Library. In the pictures below I have circled the front door that we see Martin walk through and the glass corner window, at the opposite corner of this square building, where the children are gathered for Millie's playtime. |

Penhale training Buddy |
. |
. |
Penhale brings Buddy to the Police Station to train him. Buddy starts out standing in front of the blue door to the station and Penhale instructs him to wait while he places the bait (a stuffed bunny) around the corner under a boat. Buddy follows him, grabs the bunny, and takes off down the lane. See the map below with the circle on the left where he tells Buddy to stay, the circle on the right where Buddy grabs the bunny and then the arrow down the lane where Penhale give chase. |

Al is moving Aunt Ruth into the cottage she has leased on Dolphin Street in the village. He has parked her car at the intersection of Middle Street and Dolphin Street because Dolphin Street is too narrow for vehicular traffic. We see him lugging boxes up the hill to the cottage, which is near the top of the lane. |

Mr Moysey's house |

Mr Moysey's house adjoins Aunt Ruth's house near the top of Dolphin Street. You can tell that the interiors were filmed in that cottage, because when Aunt Ruth is walking in the door you can see the corner of the window of Poplar Cottage, just opposite. The stones circled in red match the stones in the picture below. |

Bert and Jenny are taking her suitcases up Roscarrock Hill to the restaurant. She has agreed to take a room upstairs while she fills in for Mrs Tischell as the chemist. They turn from Fore Street onto Roscarrock Hill and they pass the blue door that is, in real life, a public toilet. This blue door was used in Series 3 and 4 as the door to the bakery. In Series 5, it was used for its actual purpose, as a public toilet. This is where Penhale persuaded Martin to examine him because he felt a lump and Dr Dibbs was reluctant to make the examination. |
