The beach party was held at the Port Isaac beach right below Bert's Restaurant.  Some of the revelers were on the
restaurant patio and moved back and forth from the restaurant to the beach using the stone staircase against the cliff.

Wild Bill's house
.
.
.
The singer, Wild Bill, lived in the small
house right on the beach in Port Gaverne.
This is the same house that Al was fixing
up for himself in S2.

Martin visits him there to finish the
examination that he walked out on earlier
that day.

Radiologist's office
.
.
This is a wild guess, but I believe that the radiologist's office is in a building on the
campus of the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro called the Tower Block.

If you look at the windows in the center of the building, they have the horizontal
mullion bisecting the window - and that matches the window we see in the
background of the scene.  Also, out the window, we can see an arrow shaped
wooded area.  This looks like it could match the area to the north of the building that
is part of a small golf course.

It would make sense that they filmed here because they filmed several scenes for
this same episode in the building right across the road (arriving at the hospital and
the surgical scenes).

Louisa in taxi headed to airport
.
.
Martin calls Louisa while she is in the taxi on the way to the airport.  We
see the taxi passing through an open gate.  This gate is at the entrance
to the former Davidstow Airfield - the Doc Martin team often uses this
location to film driving scenes.

In the background you can see the buildings of the Dairy Crest
cheesemaking plant.  In the original Google Street View you can barely
see the buildings behind, but you can see them if you zoom in.  The
filming crew uses a high quality telephoto lens so it looks like the plant
is just behind them.

Martin & Penhale drive through flood
.
.
On the way to the airport, Penhale drives
through a flood.  I found this bridge over
near Rough Tor and the quarry.  There is
the bridge on the left that has a weight
limit and just to the right is the road that
drives through the stream. The level of
the water in the stream can vary and
sometimes can be crossed in a car, but
other times would be too deep.

This spot has been used two other times
by the Doc Martin crew.  The first time was
in the movie, Doc Martin and the Legend
of the Cloutie, when the customs agents
get their car stuck in the water.  It was
also used in S6E3 when Robert is waiting
to follow Aunt Ruth to her farm.

Martin crashes into vegetable stand
.
.
As Martin rushes to the airport to stop Louisa from getting on her flight to Spain, he is tearing up Fore
Street.  As he goes by the school, a van pulls out from Back Hill and, as he swerves to avoid hitting the van,
he crashes into the vegetable stand in front of the grocers.  When the van driver won't turn over his keys,
Martin runs down Fore Street toward the beach to find Penhale.

Martin & Penhale turn onto main road
.
.
On the way to the airport,
Penhale turns onto a main road
and we can identify the exact
location (north of Davidstow)
because of the road sign they
pass.

Lifeboat Station
.
.
Al runs up from the beach to the Lifeboat Station to get the defibrillator to save Caroline, who has received an
electrical shock.  He finds the main doors locked so he runs around the side of the building and breaks a window.

Airport
.
.
Louisa is walking through the airport terminal when she encounters Martin's mother.  Then we see Penhale and
Martin arriving at the entrance to the terminal.

Headed from airport to hospital
.
.
When Penhale is driving Martin and Louisa to the hospital he drives past a
large windmill.  You can see that exact spot below.  Notice the brick wall at the
lower right of both the episode screenshot and the Google Street View shot.

This is west of Otterham and just north of the spot where we saw Penhale turn
onto the main road on the way to the airport.

Hospital
.
.
Most of the hospital filming for this show is done at Royal Cornwall Hospital
at Treliske, just outside of Truro, and this episode is no exception.  We see
Penhale's vehicle pull into the entrance of the Princess Alexandra Wing,
which is the building used mostly for maternity patients.

During the filming we saw Martin posing in surgical scrubs and Louisa
posing in a hospital gown with employees from the hospital, so it seems
obvious that the scenes of the operating theatre and Louisa in her room
after the surgery were filmed somewhere on the hospital grounds.
